As an agent, they need to be professional and have done a good research on the property that they are helping their client to invest in.

Therefore, if you are planning to buy an investment property and make a good investment, make sure that you able to find a good agent. An agent who just tells you that every property is excellent to invest in is not really a good agent if they do not have the facts to back it up. As an investor, you also must take due diligence over your purchase for property investment.
