Contract Law

What defines a contract? Basically its a promise or set of promises by a mutual agreement by both parties to a duties or obligations that are legally binding. Even by just verbally promising someone, you are legally bound to your words. Of course in most cases many would prefer a written contract in writing. Do note that should the written contract is poorly written, it can add more problems too. Therefore, it is always better to write the terms of the contract clear and easily understood.

This is to my understanding of what the contract law is. Yes, I did study some law during my schooling time. If you can’t comprehend what I’m writing here, you can visit this website where you can find out more on contract laws and the San Diego contract law. Should you need any advise regarding the contract law, you may contact them as well. They have their toll free number listed on their website.
